Registration Deadline
Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. The process is free to participate if your organization chooses to use the online employee survey method. Companies will pay to use the paper survey method. Reports and other extras are available for purchase. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a $250 withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.
OCT 29, 2021Email Upload Portal Launch
A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is NOV 5. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online employee survey option only).
NOV 3, 2021Additional Services Deadline
Deadline to submit all employee survey customization requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees, beyond the random sample or outside of Chattanooga.
NOV 5, 2021Employee Eligibility Checklist Deadline
Deadline to submit the Employee Eligibility Checklist (paper employee survey option only).
NOV 3, 2021Email Upload Portal Deadline
Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online employee survey option only).
NOV 5, 2021Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire Sent
A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.
NOV 5, 2021Paper Survey Sent
If applicable, paper version of the employee survey and return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating organizations for distribution (paper employee survey option only).
NOV 12, 2021Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire Deadline
Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.
NOV 19, 2021Online Survey Sent
Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online employee survey option only).
DEC 3, 2021Paper Survey Postmark Deadline
Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey (paper employee survey option only).

The BCG Insights Report package is sent to participating organizations (if purchased).
